Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Workbobo (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. You must be at least 16 years old to use Workbobo.

2. The Service

Workbobo is an AI personal assistant that:

• Searches public job listings worldwide based on your preferences;
• Generates tailored CVs and cover letters using the information you provide;
• Sends job applications from your connected Gmail account to employers; and
• Sends you a copy of every application and tracks responses.

We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the Service.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Let us know immediately at hello@workbobo.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Gmail authorisation

By connecting your Google account, you authorise Workbobo to send emails on your behalf to employers for the jobs you've approved or that match your autopilot settings. You agree that:

• Emails sent through Workbobo are sent in your name and are your communications;
• You will receive a copy of each application sent;
• We apply daily sending limits to protect your account's reputation; and
• You can pause sending or revoke access at any time.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• Only provide truthful information about your experience, qualifications and identity;
• Review your CV, cover letter templates and settings, and keep them accurate;
• Have the legal right to work, or seek sponsorship, in the countries you apply to.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Service to send spam, unrelated messages or harassment;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your qualifications;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or disrupt the Service;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. AI-generated content

Workbobo uses artificial intelligence to create CVs, cover letters and emails based on your information. While we work hard to make this content accurate and high quality, AI can make mistakes. You remain responsible for the content sent in your name. We recommend using "approve before sending" mode if you want to review each application.

You own the CVs and cover letters generated for you, and you may use them however you like.

7. Plans & payments

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of your billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If something went wrong, contact us — we'll always try to make it right.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

8. Intellectual property

You keep all rights to the content you upload (your CV, writing samples, etc.) and grant us a limited licence to use it solely to provide the Service to you. The Workbobo name, logo, software and website design belong to Workbobo and may not be copied without permission.

9. Disclaimers

Workbobo helps you apply for jobs more efficiently, but we cannot guarantee interviews, job offers or employment. Hiring decisions are made solely by employers. Job listings come from third-party sources, and we are not responsible for their accuracy, availability or the conduct of employers.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workbobo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities, profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm other users or employers, or put the Service at risk. When your account ends, Gmail access is revoked and your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Workbobo is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms from time to time; if changes are significant, we'll notify you in advance. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
